SWH Masters provides year round training for Masters swimmers 18 years of age and older.  SWH Masters help children and adults with special needs in the SWH organization through their participation in the Masters program.  From the beginner to the expert level of swimmer, SWH training is very precise and targeted to increase speed, endurance and aerobic power for all.  Our Olympic and National level coaches focus on technique to increase proficiency and to avoid injury.  We want all SWH swimmers to be a part of the SWH community and team for life.
